Gleneffock Farmhouse
Gleneffock is a traditional Victorian farmhouse, set in a secluded corner of the upper reaches of Glenesk, Angus. Refurbished and furnished to a high standard, Gleneffock offers extremely comfortable accommodation for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms.
1 bedroom is downstairs and can accommodate 2 people in either twin or Superking bed.
3 further bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs on the left hand side, offers accommodation in either 2 twin beds or 1 Superking bed for 2 people. Bedroom 2 offers accommodation for maximum 2 people in 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 offers accommodation for 2 people, in either twin beds or together, within 1 Superking. One further box room may be adapted to accommodate children, using a small camp bed, and a cot is available for wee ones.
The farmhouse has a traditional style kitchen with Aga, equipped with an electric grill and oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer and clothes airer for your own use.
The dining room will sit 8 people comfortably at a large dining table. The sitting room is comfortably appointed for your guests and features a log burning wood stove. There is a TV in the sitting room with free-sat services. The house has a broadband service and wi-fi can be connected on your arrival. Due to local limitations the service may be slow.

Field Sports
We also operate rough shooting programmes at Brechin and Edzell and, separately, under our game keeping team at Invermark. In both cases we have days available to let for groups of not less than four guns during the months of September, October, November and December.

Things to do
At Dalhousie Estates we welcome many visitors from around the world. There is comfortable accommodation with the best of food and drink for parties of up to 8 couples at Brechin Castle and Invermark Lodge, usually shooting or golfing groups, and of particular interest to corporate parties.

Fishing
Fishing is let by the week and by the day over the Upper and Lower Beats of the Edzell Water (West Bank only) on the River North Esk. The Middle Beat is not included. There are ten named pools. Maximum 3 Rods.

Activities
Angus also has a wide variety of places of interest and visitor attractions including Glamis Castle, Brechin Castle Centre, The House of Dun and The Wildlife Reserve at Montrose Basin.

Invermark Lodge
Invermark Lodge is a classic mid Victorian Shooting Lodge built of Aberdeenshire Granite and in a superb commanding position overlooking Loch Lee and to the cliffs and corries of Invermark Estate.
